  • Loan Term: 6 months
  • Annual Interest Rate: 13% + 3 points origination
  • Property Analysis Fee: $200
  • Repair Draw Fee: $150
  • 6 mos. Interest Pre-Paid: AT CLOSING
  • 6 mos. Insurance Pre-Paid: AT CLOSING
  • 3 points are charged and paid by borrower at closing

The Process:

  1. Submit a credit authorization form and pay the $75 credit application fee.
  2. We will contact you with the status of your application within 72 hours.
  3. Email us the executed purchase contract.
  4. Submit a property analysis request and pay the $200 analysis fee . You can use cashier check or credit card call to make pmt.
  5. Once our property analysis report is complete, we'll call you to review the final numbers for your approval.
  6. Loan documents and funding are sent to the title company at closing.
